At Mother Academy, Khurja, discipline and responsibility are essential for the overall development of every student. All students are expected to follow the rules mentioned below:
Students must attend school in proper school uniform.
Carrying the school diary and identity card daily is mandatory.
Students should reach school on time; late entry will not be permitted.
Leaving school early is not allowed without written permission from the Principal.
Students must maintain discipline and avoid fights, quarrels, or any form of violence.
Use of indecent or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.
Wearing ornaments or jewelry is not allowed. The school will not be responsible for any loss.
Bringing mobile phones or electronic gadgets to school is strictly prohibited.
Students suffering from illness or infectious diseases should not attend school.
Regular completion of homework is compulsory.
Students must take care of school property and avoid any damage.
Students above Class 4 must communicate in English within the school premises.
Smoking, use of drugs, or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.
Bringing explosives, fireworks, sharp objects, or toys to school is not allowed.
A written application from parents/guardians is required for every absence.
In case of illness exceeding 3 days, a medical certificate from a doctor must be submitted.

Providing at least two sets of proper school uniforms and sending children neatly dressed.

Maintaining cleanliness and neatness in children’s appearance and belongings.

Regularly checking the school diary/handbook for updates and communicating with teachers when required.
